Welcome to Creative Training Network
Creative Training Network is a small company with an ability to reach organisations throughout New Zealand due to our network of allied training organisations and individuals. We specialise in education and training programme management, brokerage and related training consultancy services, including design and delivery.
For the past 11 years CTN was contracted by MSD (Ministry of Social Development) to manage capacity building initiatives. The CYF funding resource has been disestablished and responsibility for capacity building (and funding) has moved to FACS regionally. Consequently CTN is not managing any government contracts working with and supporting community providers as we have done in the past. We are still seeking training related contracts and we recently managed the registrations for the "Promoting Recovery and Building Resilience for Individuals and Communities" workshops which were delivered by the Mental Health Education Resource Centre in Christchurch.
The change in the contracting situation has meant some major changes and I have had to resort to individual contracting work. I am currently employed for 15 hours per week by a grant making trust administering the grants but I am seeking other part time opportunities on a contract basis.
I am able to offer organisations a wide range of experience and skills covering most areas of management and organisational development including research, evaluation, training and development, funding/grants and special projects. Based in Cambridge I prefer to work locally but also can travel and the internet makes distance work much easier.
