Creative Training Network is a small company with an ability to reach organisations throughout New Zealand due to our network of allied training organisations and individuals. We specialise in education and training programme management, brokerage and related training consultancy services, including design and delivery.
We are able to deliver a range of tailored and responsive solutions to your training needs through direct involvement, management and brokerage through our extensive network of trainers and resources. Our main focus over the past 10 years has been capacity building in the community sector through national contracts with the Ministry of Social Development (MSD). These MSD contracts involved presenting a range of targeted training workshops, facilitating mentoring support and managing a supplier database for contracted social service providers throughout the country.
We have just been notified that CYF/MSD will not be funding any workshops in the 2009/10 year. They have however contracted CTN to manage a range of mentoring initiatives which involves CYF referred organisations receiving mentoring support.

Results Based Accountability (RBA) workshops
Carl Pascoe of Creative Training Network and Creative Facilitation Network has become the leading facilitator in NZ and has trained and worked with Mark Freidman. With most of our previous workshop areas we are able to manage and deliver various workshops targeting specific needs. These workshops cover a wide range of organisational management and capacity areas (financial management, service costing, employment relations, strategic planning etc), as well as the Strengths Based Social Work. At present much of this website is accessible only to MSD providers through the log-ins to the left. This allows access to information on available workshops, registrations online and access to the supplier database. The ROI page provides information on the registration of interest process and the supplier database. The information and links pages are designed as resource to providers on other support organisations, training opportunities and various resources.
